Why Meetings End Without Decisions
Presented by Lukas LiebichLukas Liebich Square Brno

Doesn’t it frustrate you, when a meeting that took one hour of your time ends with: “Good conversation. Let’s have a follow-up meeting next week.”
If yes, perhaps you sometimes wonder: “Why couldn’t we decide anything right away? Why do meetings create more meetings?”
You are not alone. In a LinkedIn research, Lukas conducted earlier this year 30 out of 63 people chose “No Decision at the End” as the one thing that frustrated them most in meetings.
In this session, you will get some practical tips on how to design your meetings to end them with decisions.

Lukas Liebich is an ex-Accenture management consultant and currently a Design Thinker in Merck’s eXperience Design Team. In his job, he plans and facilitates a broad range of business workshops.
