A simplified control panel layout allowed staff to choose from multiple video wall configurations and make sound adjustments as needed. The unique table game solution makes it easy for a Pit Boss to update the table game name, min/max bets, and even add promotional content for one, some, or all the table games on the gaming floor.
To bring the entire solution together, Alpha Video upgraded Coushatta with a next-generation IPTV distribution system to manage their digital signage content. All screens can not only display casino promotional content, guest information, and jackpot celebrations; they can also switch to live satellite TV channels to show the big game or event. Along with Alpha Video’s help creating professionally designed branded content for the screens, the entire visual experience in the casino was all part of a single-source solution provided by Alpha Video.
