Executive Producer, Video Production, Rochester MN
The Executive Producer will assist Video Production Unit Head with administrative direction and planning within the Video Unit and assist Unit Head with the strategic coordination of day-to-day operations across multiple work groups inside the Unit and with other work units inside and outside the Division. Responsible for project management, budget planning and ensuring customer needs and expectations are met. Will be asked to handle administrative responsibilities in the absence of the Director or Video Production Unit Head, including the day-to-day operational responsibilities for assigning tasks and projects to staff, budgeting and scheduling. This position will also be responsible for high level administrative, logistical and technical duties in the pre-production and production of live and scripted programs, including those video projects requiring the highest level of quality with the very highest level of complexity. Works independently a majority of the time and utilizes and demonstrates organizational skills, creativity, self-motivation, and a high degree of production skill. Must have ability to manage multiple large projects simultaneously including budget development and management
