Research Paper Shows Positive Economic Impact of AVI-SPL Collaboration Solutions

AVI-SPL collaboration solutions are having real, significant benefits for its clients. That’s the conclusion of a new paper by Forrester, “The Total Economic Impact™ of AVI-SPL Digital Workspace Solutions.”

The report looks at the impact AVI-SPL has had on four of its largest global accounts. It cites quantified benefits (like lower costs, hours saved), along with unquantified benefits (like employee satisfaction and reduced travel).

By assessing the measurable impact AVI-SPL had on these businesses, Forrester developed a model to calculate the typical anticipated business gains and cost savings for other large, enterprise organizations. Based on its interviews, Forrester found that an organization would see a total cost of ownership savings of $5.5 million over three years, and time savings worth $11.9 million in productivity.

These results are attributed to AVI-SPL’s standardized meeting room designs, consistently proficient global deployment, and consolidated conferencing managed services. Other benefits measured were:

  • Increased conference room utilization
  • Decreased real estate costs
  • Savings on technology refreshes
  • Gains from AVI-SPL’s support services
